Do your peers trust you with their dogs?
Not your friends. Not your clients. But your peers.
The ones who have walked the path before you, who stood beside you, and who have helped shape the trainer you are today.
Because if they do, it says something. It means they see you as an expert, someone they would trust with their own dog.
And to us, that’s one of the biggest compliments we could ever receive.
We’re proud to work with fellow trainers, police dog handlers, industry specialists and sport dog enthusiasts who choose to train with us. We’re grateful to everyone who invests their time and energy to give their dog a better life.
But more than that, we’re humbled when our peers hand us their dogs — whether it’s for five minutes on the field or two days of puppy care. That trust means everything, and we never take it lightly.
After every session, I ask myself two questions:
– What could I have done better?
– Does the dog still trust me?
Because results take time. Progress isn’t always instant. But trust is the foundation that makes everything possible. Teach it. Then teach it again.
And as Frank Turner said, “Be kind, my friends, try to be more kind.”
